What’s included in my website support package?

On top of domain administration and WordFence security monitoring, both our Agency Core and Agency Premium website support packages include daily back-ups. With the ability to roll your website back up to 30 days, you can have piece of mind that if anything ever goes wrong with your website, we can easily roll your website back. As an open source platform, WordPress has many numerous advantages including the ability quickly identify and fix any bugs, improve functionality or introduce new plugins. This is why WordPress continues to be the most used CMS system on the world wide web. However, this also means WordPress websites can also become exposed to vulnerability and malicious intent. This means staying on top of system and software updates and upgrades is a critical, yet never-ending challenge. Some WordPress plugin updates often require attention on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. As part of our website support packages, we will provide monthly updates which are included in your monthly report, so you can focus your efforts on growing your business.
